This is Samantha, she is a two year old clown....you can't be a big sissy and own a dog like Sam. One must be very active, offer a structured atmosphere, obedience training to continue what she is now learning. She is for someone that is willing to put in some work for a high wired girl. We adore this dog, she has been through a lot! She will need an experienced handler that would like a dog for agility, dock diving or obedience. She is incredibly smart, and such a fun dog. $250. adoption donation for this girl!
the boxes below that say "the next 5 entries" are of more adoptable dogs...

I would like to know if Samantha would get along with a female, 8 yrs old, black lab who is fixed. And what was her past life experiences were. Please call me at 1-715-845-1311. I live in Wausau, Wisconsin. We have property on a Lake in oneida county , WI. I have owned German wirehairs before.
Thank you,
Kathy B.
I own and train my gwps. One is 13 and the other is 5, they are great duck, chuker and duck dogs. Not now but after Vicky goes to doggie haven I'll be looking for another. I've had Vicky back to South Dakota 5 times hunting pheasants. The last time the air fares jumped quite a bit. I'm sure you folks ship all over the country...any idea on KS to Reno, NV.? Do you get dogs that are trained or partially trained for hunting?
Thanks for any advise,
Dale

Hi Dale....for some reason your post sdid not come to me...sorry for the delay. Yes, we have a beutiful dog named Smokin Joe...finished dog. all pedigree, OFA'd Good and perfect NAVHDA natural ability tests!
I keep seeing her face, and I see my own GWP (rescue). Same colour, same eyes, same cuteness. If I had more room, I'd be happy to give her a forever home in a heartbeat. My GWP clown is now four years old and we've worked out the traumatized dog kinks. I look forward to having more land (75+ acres of awesomeness!) and adopting another goofy, loveable, full-of-energy GWP.
thank you!
Kathy...again I apologize I did not see your comment....I am not tech savvy as I would like to be. Sam gets on with most, she does have some quirks I am working on. When she had her last surgery, she was casted and had some swelling. When tired she nips at you when you try to work with her this came about when we had to get her casted. Before, she was happy go lucky and inadvertently I fostered this behavior , now I have to undo it. It is a trust issue, and am sure she will overcome this.
If she were worn out, and am taking her to obedience I am sure she will be back to her old self. In the morning, she is sweet and loving, so it seems to be when she is very tired at night.
